开放能力 / 视频稿件管理

调用该接口可完成稿件编辑仅允许编辑稿件中的描述信息部分，比如title，desc等。不允许更改视频本身若需要修改视频本身，请重新投稿稿件编辑后，需重新进行审核注意：请求body参数需要将所有字段传递过来，不需要修改的字段传原值。建议编辑前使用查询接口获取原值**

body 参数

名称	类型	必填	说明
resource_id	string	是	稿件唯一ID
title	string	是	稿件标题
cover	string	否	封面地址，由上传封面接口得到
tid	int	是	分区id，由获取分区信息接口得到
no_reprint	int	否	是否禁止转载，0-不禁止，1-禁止转载。默认0
desc	string	否	视频描述
