票务实名信息解密接口，用于解密票务字段中的敏感信息

body 参数

名称	类型	必填	说明
cipher_infos	List<CipherInfo>	是	解密信息列表（1-50条记录）
auth_id	String	是	业务标识（默认为票id）
cipher_text	String	是	加密内容体（Base64编码的AES加密字符串）

响应字段

data	TicketDecryptResult	否	解密结果数据
