Scope: SHOP_ORDER_INFO 需要申请权限 需要用户授权
触发场景#
- 在线支付订单且订单状态为「待付款」，买家可取消该订单
- 在线支付订单且订单状态为「待付款」，超时未支付，订单自动取消
- 在线支付订单且订单状态为「待付款」，商家主动帮买家关闭订单；
